O. M. G. This is some UNBELIEVABLE, LIFE-ALTERING, pre-ruffled fabric. <ok, that might be over-dramatizing things a little, but honestly, this really is TDF> And this fabric comes in ALL the best colors :) This particular variety is FAB FAB FAB in Heirloom White <did someone say, PETTIPANTS?>. Grammy would be so proud! This looks and feels to be a knit spandex blend. <I couldn't testify to it in a court of law but I am still pretty sure> Between each doubled over ruffle is a thin, sheer spandex spacer...... what I am trying to say is, don't make an un-lined skirt out of this for yourself unless you are prepared for the updraft - and maybe a few stares ;) This is a suitable weight for apparel. <and it would make some dandy curtains>
